Thinning not recommended. Ready for use after thorough stirring. Maximum thinning of 10% with water allow when used as a primer coat to new cement plaster with a moisture content below 12% Not a submersible waterproofing wall paint & not a substitution for proper waterproofing repairs and remediation.
